  • Send copies of your Ticket & BAC

  • Invite sent after you return Intake Packet

    • This is where you will go for your assessment

You don't have to have charges

to get sober.

However...

If you have received a charge for:

​

• Possession or consumption of alcohol under the age of 21

• Possession or use of marijuana or other drugs, including charges from another state

• Involvement with DSS and/or CPS

​

you will need an assessment.

The results of your Assessment will likely require you to complete some level of recovery.  In addition to offering services in our office, we have Online Group Therapy Services for DWI and Substance Abuse Groups.

ATTENTION: If you have not had an ASSESSMENT and have not signed a SERVICE AGREEMENT, do not continue!!! You will not be allowed to attend group without both having had an ASSESSMENT and a signed SERVICE AGREEMENT on file.
